adidas tkrz is a native mobile app for iOS and Android.  It is a platform for street footballers to show their tricks and get recognized. With the custom made video editor it is very easy to make videos, add custom special effects and share. 

Developed the app for both platforms in twelve weeks using Scrum framework. I was the Scrum Master serving the product owner, development team, and the organization. 

Because of strategic change in the organization, Adidas digital team has decided not to release the app.
